When I Stopped Fighting My Body
and Started Working With It

In my early 40s, I went from working double shifts and pushing through everything… to barely making it through the day. I was exhausted, aching, and constantly told my labs were “normal.” Over and over, I was asked if I was just depressed.

Eventually, I was diagnosed with Epstein–Barr Virus, hypothyroidism, fibromyalgia, and later ADHD. For years, I kept trying to live like my old self—planning my days the same way, ignoring what my body was trying to tell me—until a massive flare forced me to quit my job and stop pretending nothing had changed.

My turning point came when I stopped asking, “How do I push through this?” and started asking, “How can I work with the energy I have today?”  That shift changed more than my health. It changed how I saw strength, success, and what it really means to rebuild a life. Now I help women build lives that work with their energy so they can stop fighting themselves and start moving forward again.
